About
The one person you call, every time.
"Hello, my name is Brandon Lang and my goal is to help you sleep better by being your rock during this time of rapidly changing technology. I'd offer a number of services depending on your needs. I'd like to interview you to see how I can improve your world with anything from network automation to improving your website's cost and user's experience."
I position myself as a generalist technology partner — a single point of trust across hardware, networking, backup, security, and web performance — rather than a narrow specialist. Nearly every small business has some version of the same underlying needs: things break, data isn't backed up, security is an afterthought, and the website hasn't been touched since it was built.
Operating principles
Not marketing language — constraints I've committed to as a solo operator building a reputation from zero.

>Total transparency. Realistic promises only. No one can guarantee an attack will never happen — but a meaningfully reduced attack surface and a tested recovery path, I can.
[ OK ] loading no_oversell.sys
>Never oversell. No fear-based upselling. No scope inflation. No billing for work that wasn't needed.
[ OK ] loading availability.sys
>Availability and responsiveness. An on-call technical advisor, not a vendor who disappears after invoicing.

>Consistency. The same person, every time — a relationship, not a rotating help-desk ticket queue.
